 R2017-005TA  An Ordinance creating and enacting Section 66.1085 to the Rochester Code of Ordinances, relating to the adoption of an interim ordinance regulating the issuance of any land use certificate, approval or permit for the installation of a parking facility and/or expansion of parking with in any R-3 or R-4 zoning district.
 R2017-006TA APPROVED - City Council initiated Text Amendment#R2017-006TA to establish the DMC-Parking Overlay Zone on all properties within the DMC boundary and rezone properties presently in the Downtown Parking Overlay Zone POZ to the DMC-POZ District
 R2017-007TA  APPROVED  - Text Amendment #R2017-007TA, initiated by the City Council to Chapters 60 and 62 of the Land Development Manual and Zoning Ordinance to reenact certain required floodplain standards previously repealed.  R2017-009TA Rochester Land Development Manual Text Amendment #R2017-009TA. The amendment consists of eliminating Parking Facility as a permitted use in R3/R4 zones, as well as modifying what level of review is required for Commercial Parking Extension and a Parking Facility in the CDC-Residential zone.
 R2017-010TA Text Amendment #R2017-010TA, initiated by the City Council to amend Section 62.910 of the Land Development Manual and Zoning Ordinance, regarding Comprehensive Special Districts. The provisions address amended language regarding the requirements to amend a Comprehensive Special District.
