Golf Announcements
Dear Rochester Public Course Golfer,
Our Junior Golf Etiquette program will be conducting classes this spring for season pass holders age 22 and under. This is a no cost, mandatory program that must be completed once during the career of every junior golfer. Topics include etiquette on the golf course, City course play policies and procedures, and care of the golf course.
Junior etiquette classes will be held at Hadley Creek Golf Learning Center starting at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on the following days: April 24, May 1, 2, 15, 16. Please call Hadley Creek at 529-4119 to reserve a spot at your chosen time. Further dates will be added as necessary.
Junior golfers who have completed the class in past years’ are not required to take it again – your completion of the program may be verified at any of the 3 City golf courses. Junior golfers not completing the program will face play restrictions beginning July 1st of this year.
While realizing this e-mail is being sent to many adult golfers, we hope to highlight to all the benefits of this program and, while certainly not mandatory, invite golfers of any age to attend. The information presented can not only make golf more enjoyable, it can also lower your score!
