Promote your business and the products or services it provides to a targeted market segment and diverse cross-section of southeastern Minnesota patrons by sponsoring a concert. Establish a positive image by showing support for the community and for the arts while being affiliated with some of the greatest names in contemporary music.  

In return for your tax deductible cash sponsorship, Riverside Concerts will provide you with numerous ways to reach the many who enjoy our concerts. We can help you increase business and foster community spirit for your organization as a supporter of our dynamic and valuable offerings. Your organization’s name and logo will be listed prominently as the official cash sponsor of that specific concert.


Concert Sponsorship

Due in part to Riverside Concerts's non-profit status, we have been able to put together a substantial and effective marketing campaign for our series' that include TV, radio, newspaper, web, direct mail, public display, public appearances, on-site and program advertising. By becoming a concert or series sponsor, your organization can also benefit from this marketing mix. We offer sponsorship opportunities at the following levels:

Title - $20,000
This level provides your organization with the exclusive licensing rights to the title of one of our complete series' (ie. the YOUR NAME HERE Riverside Live! Concert Series) plus top billing in all series marketing materials including TV, radio, newspaper, web banner ad, direct mail, public display, public appearances, on-site display and program advertising.

Presenter - $3,500/$5,000
This level provides your organization with an exclusive event-specific (one concert within a series of concerts) sponsorship (i.e. Gordon Lightfoot, brought to you by YOUR NAME HERE) plus top billing in that concert's event specific marketing space and materials including TV, radio, newspaper, web, direct mail, public display, public appearances, on-site display and program advertising.

Co-Presenter - $1,750
This level provides your organization the opportunity to share an eventspecific (one concert within a series of concerts) sponsorship (i.e. Gordon Lightfoot, brought to you by YOUR NAME HERE & ANOTHER NAME HERE) plus shared billing in that concert's event-specific marketing space and materials including newspaper, web, direct mail, public display, public appearances, on-site display and program advertising. .


Sponsorship Marketing Benefits

  • TV - 30-Second Ads worth $3,500 per concert (Riverside Live!). 24 hour/day audio and video programming on Government Channel 180.
  • Radio - (60) 30-60 Second Ads worth $500 on one station per concert (Down by the Riverside) or (100) 60 Second Ads worth $2,000 on numerous stations per concert (Riverside Live!).
  • Newspaper - (1) B&W 1/4-page ad in the Post Bulletin, (1) Full Color 1/4-page ad in the Post Bulletin entertainment insert the 507.
  • Web - Riverside Concerts Webpage, E-mail Concert Updates, E-mail Press Releases, and social media.
  • Direct Mail - Full color Season Brochure and series-specific Postcards delivered to our 15,000+ mailing list and distributed to the audience at each event of the series.
  • Public Display - 50 full color 11x17 Posters per series (Down by the Riverside) or per concert (Riverside Live!) distributed throughout Rochester.
  • Public Appearances - Interviews by artists and/or Riverside Concerts staff on Fox 47 TV, KNXR FM, KROC AM, KROC FM, Y105 and various other stations.
  • On-Site - Ample space for Banners, Displays, Tents, Tables, Vehicles, and Inflatables. Two mentions from Stage by event MC. Distribution of Postcards. Audience reach: 3,000 - 14,000/concert (Down by the Riverside), 600 - 3,000/concert (Riverside Live!)
  • Program - Listing in 5,000 Riverside Live! programs to be distributed throughout the season.
