The City of Rochester, MN Ordinance Highlight booklet can be used to answer many questions about what to do and who to contact to get the information and assistance needed about City ordinances and neighborhoods. We hope you find this document helpful and will keep it handy for easy reference or to share with a neighbor.

This booklet was assembled with the assistance of city employees, organized by RNeighbors associates, designed by volunteer Jillian Clark, and printing costs were provided by the City of Rochester. The online version is available on the RNeighbors website or a PDF version can be downloaded, and paper copies will be made available at City Hall (map) and the RNeighbors office.
